I am grateful to my family for giving me the chance to develop a passion for nature from an early age. Mountaineering and sailing was the theme of our holidays. From the age of 6 I started to sail alone and 14 years later qualified as a captain. This lifestyle led me all over the world, where I met and made many good friends and experienced many different cultures.

Years in nature – and in particular the element of water – has show me nothing is random, as one wave leads to another all is connected in nature, as are we. This realisation and understanding led me to study kinesiology at The International Kinesiology College IKC and I am Kinesiology Instructor.

Living in Ericeria, amongst nature is my dream – allowing me to practise this philosophy of life. Surfing, meeting new people, yoga and creating a welcoming home for guests – all these things give satisfaction and joy to my soul.
